From Our Founder
“Write the vision and make it plain, so he may run who reads it.”
Habakkuk 2:2
Dear Friend,
If you found your way here, you probably carry a vision that will not leave you alone. A business. A calling. Something God placed in you that you cannot shake, even when the path forward is unclear.
I know that feeling because I have lived it.
For nearly twenty years I have led operations, built teams, and grown organizations across higher education, social services, and business ownership. I co-founded Crown Heirs Hair Den and helped build it from an idea into a thriving Phoenix salon. I own OE Prints, a Laveen-based print shop serving businesses of every size across the country. And I serve as Regional Director of Operations at Grand Canyon University. Along the way I learned, sometimes the hard way, what it takes to turn a good idea into something that lasts.
Here is what I believe. The best business principles are Godly principles. Order. Stewardship. Clarity. Patience. Wise counsel. They were true long before anyone printed them in a strategy book.
Habakkuk 2:2 tells us to write the vision and make it plain, so the one who reads it can run. That verse is the heart of everything I do. The vision God gives you is something He showed you, not something you invented, which means you can stop asking whether it is real and start carving it plain. And a plain vision is not for show. It is what keeps you steady while you wait, because the timing was never yours to hold. There is an appointed time already set. A vision can feel slow and still not be one day late.
So many gifted people sit stuck in that gap between the calling and the launch, not for lack of vision, but because no one has helped them make it plain. That gap is where too many dreams quietly die.
BOSS ME exists to close that gap.
This is a place for the woman or man with a God-given assignment who is ready for real structure, honest clarity, and a partner who takes both faith and strategy seriously. We build for legacy, one intentional decision at a time. No hype. No pressure. Just faithful work, rooted in wisdom and sustained by purpose.
If that is you, I would be honored to walk with you.
With you in the work,
Emily Belt
