Privacy Policy
Effective July 10, 2026
BOSS ME Coaching & Consulting (“BOSS ME,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.bossmenow.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a request for information, a print quote request, or the brand readiness quiz — we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business information, and your message or quiz answers. Submissions are stored in a private database that we control, hosted on our website infrastructure. We do not use third-party form processors.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or quote request.
- To send you the information or recommendations you asked for.
- To improve our services and website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. When enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data (such as pages visited and general location) subject to Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out with browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.
Third-party services
Scheduling a consultation takes you to Calendly, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site.
Data retention and your rights
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to serve you. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing emily@bossmenow.com.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
